Packaging:
1 vacuum packed tenderloin roast approximately 5.2 - 5.5 lbs.
Preparation:
Oven roast uncovered from thawed: Brush entire roast with olive oil before seasoning with Lawry’s seasoning or table salt, pepper, and garlic (optional). Place meat in a roasting pan or baking dish. Pre heat oven to 425 degrees and bake for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes for medium. Add or subtract time for desired doneness. Remove roast from the oven remembering it will continue to cook for short time before carving.
To Serve: Cut thin slices and arrange them on a hot platter.
