PORK TENDERLOIN
Description:
Only the center of the tenderloin, completely trimmed.
Packaging:
6 approximately 1-1.2lb ea. individually shrunk wrapped loins per box.
Preparation:
Fully defrost before roasting.
Roasting - In 350° oven, cook for 25-30 minutes per lb Serve sliced on an angle, 1/4".
Broil/Grill to desired doneness.
NOTE: THIS IS A VERY TENDER AND MOIST PRODUCT. DO NOT OVER COOK AS WITH PORK CONSIDERABLE DRYING OUT AND TOUGHNESS OF THE MEAT WILL OCCUR.
