Description:
It is boneless All Natural Black Angus Kansas Grass Fed finished on grain for 30 days, Naturally Aged & Marbled to Perfection. Anti-biotic and hormone free.
Packaging:
One vacuum packed Rib Roast per box approximately 6lbs.
Preparation:
Oven roast from thawed uncovered: 325 degrees. Brush entire roast with olive oil before seasoning with salt, pepper and garlic (additional seasonings optional) place fat side up on a rack in a roasting pan. If using a meat thermometer, insert bulb into the center of meat. Place roast on a cutting board, allow to stand for 15 minutes for easier carving.
Rare: 22 minutes per pound
Med: 26 minutes per pound
Well: 33 minutes per pound
