PORK CHOPS BONE IN
- Cut from the pork tenderloin, extra lean and very tender, our hand trimmed chops are a perfect choice.
Packaging:
8 - 12 oz bone-in portions per box.
Preparation (Thawed):
Frying - Heat oil in frying pan. When hot, add pork and cook 10 minutes over medium heat. Season well and turn pork over; continue cooking 10 minutes over medium heat. Turn pork again; cook over low heat until done to taste.
Grilling - Season pork with favorite spices, place on hot grill and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side.
NOTE: THIS IS A VERY TENDER AND MOIST PRODUCT. DO NOT OVER COOK AS WITH PORK CONSIDERABLE DRYING OUT AND TOUGHNESS OF THE MEAT WILL OCCUR.
