Description:
Fully cooked pork loin ribs are so Black Oak smoked tender and juicy that the meat falls right off the bone. Special blend of seasonings and dry-rubbed makes these ribs positively habit-forming! Try our famous ribs at your next backyard barbeque. Perfect when served with coleslaw, fries or baked beans.
Packaging:
4 Full individually shrunk wrapped racks, approximately 3.5lbs ea trimmed to perfection.
Preparation:
(Ribs are fully cooked)
Oven Bake - Preheat to 375 degrees. Thaw ribs then place on cookie sheet heat in oven on center rack for 30 minutes. Finish under broiler for 1-2 minutes.
Grill – From thawed till thoroughly heated and browned
