LAMB CHOPS
Description:
Center cut domestic corn fed loin lamb chops. Our 1 1/2" thick cuts are expertly trimmed and truly make for a splendid entree.
Packaging: Individually shrunk wrapped, 16 5oz ea
Preparation:
Broiling - Thaw lamb chops. Broil 4" from heat source. Rare, 3-4 minutes, each side. Medium, 5-6 minutes, each side.
Grill - Thaw lamb chops. Sear both sides, one minute per side. Raise grill, continue to cook until desired doneness.
Pan frying - Thaw lamb chops. Season with salt/pepper or preferred seasoning, sear chops in heavy skillet lined with a small amount of olive oil and/or butter. Reduce heat to moderate temperature until done - see above for recommended cooking time. Do not overcook. Serve with mint jelly.
