Packaging: 10 portions per box 8oz ea.

Preparation: From frozen: Baste with olive oil. Bake at 425 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes, or until fish flakes w/ fork. Optionally dust with bread crumbs and/or parmesan cheese and brown under broiler for 1 - 2 minutes.

We have been customers for several years now. The quality is excellent and the selection is great! I order a box or two of the salmon each month. The fillets are a nice portion size and so delicious. I never order salmon out anymore because I can get better at home.

Love the Salmon

We have are a long time customer of Tennessee Valley Gourmet Foods. We have never been dissapointed in any of our selections, but keep the Salmon in our freezer at all times. Great taste and easy to prepart. Would recomment Dennis and Judy to anyone wanting to eat great food at a resonable price.
