Description: Phillips Crab Cakes, made in Baltimore Maryland, voted best crab cake by Washington Magazine, Southern Living, & Chesapeake Bay Magazine. Made with jumbo lump crab. Bake or sauté with olive oil either way is sure to please.

Packaging: 12 per box, 4oz each

Preparation: Frozen: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place crab cakes on greased baking pan. Bake 14 minutes, flip, bake an additional 4-6 minutes.

Thawed: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place crab cakes on greased baking pan. Bake 8 minutes, flip, bake an additional 2-3 minutes.

Can be pan fried in oil also 3-4 minutes a side from thawed.
