Description: Caught from the clean pristine waters of Ecuador these beautiful large tiger shrimp are sure to look impressive any way you serve them. Fully cleaned, raw, peeled and deveined. The tail has been removed for easy consumption in your favorite recipes.

Packaging: Flash frozen 31-40 count per pound and bagged in 2 ½ lb bags. 2 per box

Preparation: From thawed bring unsalted water to a rolling boil, add shrimp. Return to boil and cook for 3 minutes. Drain then rinse with cold water, chill and serve with your favorite cocktail sauce.

If you're going to use them in a recipe like stir fry or scampi just thaw and cook in your recipe. if you want to just eat them by themself you can scatter on a cookie sheet frozen  spray with oil, season to taste and bake frozen 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Optionally dust with bread crumbs or parmesan cheese and finish under Broiler for a minute.
