Packaging: 12 portions per box approximately 6.7 oz ea. 6 pkgs 2 portions per package.

Preparation: From Frozen. Thaw, separate portions in package.. Baste with oil. Season to taste. Then bake at 425 degrees for approximately 20-23 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Optionally you can dust with bread crumbs or parmesan cheese and finish under Broiler for a minute.
