DESCRIPTION: Wild caught. Red snapper is moist and delicate, with a mild, slightly sweet taste that goes well with all kinds of additional flavors. It is a very versatile fish and can be cooked in many different ways.

Flash Frozen within minutes after being caught at sea, the quality of these filets are second to none. They can be grilled, baked or pan-fried.

Packaging: 8-9 per box approximately 8-10oz ea individually vacuum packed.

Preparation: From frozen: Bake at 425 degrees for 22-25 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes w/ fork. Optionally dust with bread crumbs and/or parmesan cheese and brown under broiler.
