Preparation: From frozen:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees On a cookie sheet or baking dish brush with oil & season to taste bake for about 25-30 minutes until fish flakes apart easily with a fork, Optionally dust with bread crumbs and/or parmesan cheese and brown under broiler.
