Description: Our tuna is full of flavor, high in protein and nutrients, yet low in fat and cholesterol. Flash Frozen within minutes after being wild caught at sea, the quality of these filets are second to none. Firm and flaky in texture, these seafood steaks have a meaty flavor that's sure to satisfy. Grilled, sautéed, broiled or baked our Ahi Tuna is perfect for today's healthier lifestyle.

Packaging: 10 portions per box approximately  8 oz ea

Preparation: From Thawed:

Grill: Heat grill and season steaks. Grill Tuna until they've reached desired doneness.

Pan Sauté: Coat a non-stick skillet with a little bit of olive oil, butter or non stick cooking spray. Sear on high, lower heat and cook until they've reached desired doneness.

Bake: From thawed place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until Tuna has reached desired doneness. Brush with butter or butter substitute before baking if preferred. Optionally dust with bread crumbs and/or parmesan cheese and brown under broiler.

May be seared lightly on each side for medium rare. Very good served with Wasabi and Teriyaki sauce.

Sushi Grade and versatile

My husband and I love sushi. This tuna is perfect whether fully cooked or partially. We love to leave it pink in the middle, lightly season with oil, salt and pepper and then dip in wasabi and soy sauce to eat. Healthy and delicious.
